Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable.”
  3. How to Initiate a Return
    • Contact our customer service team at support@hbcuclothingapparel.store to request a return authorization.
    • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
  4. Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges
    • If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the item.
  7. Shipping Costs for Returns
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
